One thing that might contradict the theory of collateral shares not being returned at maturity date, is that this dilution also hits managements share of the Triway dividend. We know that Solly has taken precautions by changing his compensation from money based to share based. But does this also goes for the rest of the BOD? I think that they all see Triway as the most desirable part of Siaf, and since A-shares dont give rights to additional Triway shares they would need Siaf ordinary shares to get Triway, if they dont participate in some pre-IPO or something. Nice to see that this dilution is not only hitting us, also Nisse, Dan, and Peter if those collateral shares are not returned.
