Treaty's Clownfish like to reference "13 frivolous lawsuits against Treaty plus the Fake BK" as being lost! It's always playing on the Dizzy Donny and Lyin Cryin Lois Dog and Pony Show! However they always fail to list the cases or provide any proof of their existence.

Why?

Because they want to deceive innocent shareholders!

With respect to adversary proceeding 10-1042, the court finds that plaintiff David Hallin has proved his case with respect to the breach of contract and fraud claim against Ronald Blackburn, accordingly,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Ronald Blackburn is personally liable to David Hallin on the promissory note he signed in the amount of $45,000.00 dated May 16, 2008, according to the terms of the note.
The court also finds that plaintiff Highground, Inc. has proved its case with respect to the breach of contract and fraud claim against Ronald Blackburn, accordingly, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Ronald Blackburn is personally liable to Highground, Inc. on the two promissory notes he signed in the amounts of $150,000.00 and $59,950.00, dated May 16, 2008, according to the terms of the notes.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all other claims and counter claims in adversary proceeding 10-1042 are DISMISSED.

1. Defendant Treaty Energy Corporation (“Defendant”) acknowledges having been
served with the complaint in this action, enters a general appearance, and admits the Court’s jurisdiction over Defendant and over the subject matter of this action.
3. Defendant agrees that the Court shall order disgorgement of ill-gotten gains,
prejudgment interest thereon, and a civil penalty pursuant to Section 20(d) of the Securities Act [15 U.S.C. § 77t(d)] and Section 21(d)(3) of the Exchange Act [15 U.S.C. § 78u(d)(3)].Defendant further agrees that the amounts of the disgorgement and civil penalty shall be determined by the Court upon motion of the Commission, and that prejudgment interest shall be calculated from December 15, 2014, based on the rate of interest used by the Internal Revenue Service for the underpayment of federal income tax as set forth in 26 U.S.C. § 6621(a)(2).
