HCTI management took huge toxic notes finance and they converted the shares and started dumping as any other crooked convertible does. Here they made 25B to adjust well for convertibles. Things are changing here and we can definitely see upside even with big o/s,, also longs have billions of shares and not planning to sell any in near future. He will put the same old message as he usually does. HCTI is real deal and whoever holds it tight is going to be WINNER here.
