He always follows BAD NEWS (and this is Pretty Damn BAD I Think ) with a PR that Resembles Positive News (at least at First Glance anyway ) 50/50 we will have another large increase by summer. The Digging they did last summer was just for show,he does not want to be the one Digging. Hard for People to Trust a Man that seldom seems to be on the up and up. Things could be a lot Better if he spoke to us. Once upon a Time he did it quite a bit. Fingers crossed here also. We will get another PR by Wednesday at the latest more than likely.
