Where did you see a breakdown of funds being released to AFRRI for the DoD in the new budget? According to the Zami letter, the majority of funding is being provided by the NIH, with AFRRI providing the funding for the DoD study. Nowhere has it been stated that they were waiting on a budget, nowhere was it stated that trials have been held up because of sequestered funds....this is at best a supposition on your part, and at worst completely made up. Furthermore, according to the PR from last May and summer, they indicated there were funds already available to the tune of $30 mm to be awarded to (at the time) either PSTI or CBLI....you need to spell it out and show where this has been detailed.
