John ! Your strong statements are spot on. Most people don't like to hear it , but so far cannot be disputed. Why the CEO is speaking about your family about taking a position in his company is irresponsible. He is also doing it without disclosure.

This company will need a few more watch dogs and eventually an intervention.
Even investors going back 20 years of posts on this message board will show nothing but unhappy shareholders. This cycle repeats itself often under Keith M Bermans tenure. Why?
