At the turn of last year the Ladybug shell entered a merger agreement with a mystery company, and they hired on James B. Frack as CEO to oversee the deal.
Mr. Frack is a very well-known and respected merger/acquisition specialist that has done numerous deals throughout his career.
We found out a few months later that it was actually a Chinese merger. Moving forward a few more months, we called Mr. Frack and confirmed the merger. As time progressed we continually chatting with Mr. Frack slowly finding out more and more.
We discovered the Chinese merger is tied to some large economic names in China. We discovered the merging body was Highin; a financial body that helps companies to reach their goals through financial analysis, planning, consultancy, acquisition, and versions other tools. Acquisition is the prime word, as we're aware they predominately operate as a holding firm/parent to develop their own companies.
Dr. Jianhui Huang is the current director/CEO of Highin, and he brings with him over 20 years of economic leadership, having handled responsibility over $10.5 billion throughout his financial career.
The price resurgence is due to the CEO informing us that we're very close to the merger finalizing.
(Still sounds really promising to me)
