Yes the Helpcomm revenue is coming. But here’s the important question, how much of that “revenue” money is left after the Helpcomm direct and indirect costs are subtracted and Helpcomm overhead is paid for?

And if Helpcomm was losing money when it was bought it will require more financing.

The Reg S-X fins will be interesting to see.
