What's This Noise About a R/S? We've been over this a few times.

I say Highly Unlikely and here is why! For educational Purposes.

From the SEPTEMBER 30, Financial Statement
Mr. DeQun Wang owens 300,000 Series C Shares.
Mr. DeQun Wang owens 100,000 Series D Shares.
Mr. DeQun Wang owens 100,000 Series E Shares.

* Each preferred share is convertible into 2,500 common shares. If Mr. Wang were to convert his shares,
he would own 1,250,000,000 shares which would equal approximately 67.7% of the outstanding shares.

Now remember these a Convertible Shares!
Do You think Mr. Wang would want to R/S his Shares along with ours. Probably not if he is looking for liquidity and institutional investors.
