The 200 million were issued 3 months ago and were being sold into the market the past 3 months. Obviously, the volume is much lower and there are no longer any blocks, but that doesn't mean they don't have a little bit left and are slowly selling them with CDEL because he keeps jumping down on the ask and selling a few hundred thousand at a time...etc. Or the TA is lying and only giving the share account from January 27th, while there have been more shares issued in the last 2 weeks; I do believe the latter is less likely. It's just ridiculous how it gets dumped back down and bled whenever there is any momentum..etc. It prevents anyone from buying it because it consistently looks like garbage daily.
