So.. there is your news for what you saw last night. 13g/a filed. Vanguard now owns almost 9%.. and Blackrock owns close to 13% so seems like the float is getting locked up nicely with 45% of the float also shorted.

They will have to cover eventually.. could be Volkswagon epic kind of short squeeze here
