When the biotech indexes are melting down it is very easy for the HFT scammers to take it down. The momentum daytraders do half the work. It doesn’t go up with the indexes because the same people don’t want it to go up. They want it suppressed. So they make the effort to prevent it from rising with the indexes. It’s that simple.
