Perhaps there was some confusion with the question possibly. I imagine the doses have varied among the few CU patients based on "exploratory" medicine. The only specific dosing data we have is from the 2a report and that data was comprehensive and lasted for many months. At no point was "patient 3" given 40 ug of bryostatin. One thing to keep in mind with the 2b trial was that 25 ug was given in week 1 and then the same in week 2 so essentially a double dose and then what I would term as "maintenance" every other week thereafter.
