$ONCS Anytime there are small transactions (e.g., 100, 200, 300 shares) all with the same time stamp, this indicates loading of a large order that has been broken up so as not to spook the market. This loading has been going on for quite a while and will probably continue. The share price is irrelevant; in other words, it's best not to panic over the pps. Simply "weather the storm."
