In that regard, the Company expects to report on spin-off, reverse split, name/symbol changes, and will provide an update on backlog prior to the upcoming earnings release.>>

Since the most recent PR didn't say otherwise and it has been in planning for a year or so, I assume it is still being planned. Is that wrong?
