You have a crystal ball? The man is trying hard to get it all done. The issue is HOW MUCH IS THE DELAWARE DEBT?

We can pay it off and then pay for audit. But why should we have to? Tim Owens is responsible. If I were SB, I'd tell DE to shove it and move forward with my business.

If SB has to go to court to get this situated then it will take longer.

90% of pinks are unaudited anyway.

If we were never promised an audit, this would be over a penny on those fins.
