I've traded stock's on and off for somewhere around 7 years, I've never seen a penny stock CEO come out and take the blame on himself not wants but twice which means he cares. It's hard for any human to stand up and take the blame on himself, it hurts to do that. So if he is truly sorry for his mistake it will show in what direction he takes the company
