I always thought that you have to divide the NUMBER OF NET PROFITS ( = earnings?) by the O/S !? The quotient (EPS) then to multiply by a plausible PE (your conservative one 7), then you´ve the pps. You always are speaking of "revenues" instaed net profits!! Explaining would be appreciated! GLTY
