Question as too whether BTHCF will hire a CEO

The answer is yes and JMO

Nice to see the relationship with Cannabix being out of the closet in the last couple News Releases

We are tied but not together, like a pair of shoes, even the Management listed for BreathTec with exception to Dr Constanzo - One shoe Cannabix and one shoe BreathTec

One shoe - Cannabix side is Toxicologist

One shoe - BreathTec side is Researchers looking for Infectious Diseases

Even talking to Billy Boyle the CEO of Owlstone - He wants everything that benefits the Blower and nothing that deals with harming the Blower - Definitely different shoes



It’ll happen (The CEO hiring) and both will run their separate ways

The Breathalyzer thou is about the same - Expect the Cannabix Breathalyzer to be more bells and whistles but that because of the Courts Requirements

BreathTec Breathalyzer will be more about getting in more hands and probably a cheaper price per Unit to do just that and get in more hands - Both will in time just turn a knob and check this or that

BreathTec share price should now enjoy Cannabix exposure more than before and allow for the hiring of a CEO with more value of the 25M shares remaining but really don’t see a CEO before .50 but who knows - Might take the CEO hiring to gain that .50 but we should see well beyond that .50 before any restructuring of shares

BreathTec gave Na-Nose 1M shares but knowledge of the Chip was already known threw Owlstones work with Dr Yost and The Yost Group

I think that was more the FAIMS Computer side being connected to the Net and knowing whether Na-Nose vs Owlstone made a difference - JMO

We saw BTHCF push .40 and Warrant Holders cost of BTHCF is .12 and they Held better than I thought per the Monthly Report
