I only tried the extra strength. Maybe I’m different than others, but when it comes to pain $45 isn’t too much if a product works. I don’t think any OTC med comes close to results that I got from it. The alternative is go to the doctor (at least a $30 co-pay) and get a prescription (more $$$) for either something that doesn’t relieve the pain or something (opioid) that could be addictive. Also, for most people opioids will make the pain go away, but you are pretty much useless to do anything else. Who wants to drive their kid to school or just drive period when they are doped up on opioids? I guess I rambled on way more then just answering your question...just putting my two cents in. I could see so many uses besides an opioid alternative (old people, nagging sports injuries, sore muscles/joints for people that go hard in the gym). Not sure the whole story why it is not in local stores, but I think a decent ad campaign and easy accessibility would be huge for the Nyloxin product.
