This Amendment No. 1 to Live Current Media Inc.’s (the “Company”) Registration Statement on Form 10 filed on February 1, 2018 (the “Registration Statement”) is being filed for the purpose of including the Company’s audited financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2016 and December 31, 2015 and the Company’s unaudited financial statements for the interim periods ended September 30, 2017 and September 30, 2016. Other than as set forth in this Amendment No. 1, the information contained in the Registration Statement filed on February 1, 2018 remains unchanged.
