Lets put it this way.

If the only alternative you have is to process CBD oil from hemp, then that is what you do. If you can offer the "real McCoy", you offer CBD oil derived from "whole plant" cannabis.

Why do you see HEMP CBD oil? Because it is legal in the United States. And probably cheaper to grow.
