to be fair your post could apply to nearly ever stock on the otc / pink sheets. not to be negative but if you’re going by that logic you have no business trading these companies.
risk is baked into any investment.

plenty of stocks run everyday with no assets, no products, no partnerships, no deals, and nothing that ever comes to fruition. ie fake news.

abvg has a good track record of coming through. They announced being a vendor for Sodexo. They are.

If they say they’re going on QVC we’ll see them on TV. I plan on keeping a dog in this race.
