Everyone, they just settled the monumental court case that was causing all this headache. They now have the capital to pay off debt and hire people for expansion. Also, they have a sales team that’s already generating revenue. This is the best news shareholders could ask for. When they get current in the next couple months, they will be a normal functioning company with plenty of markets to go after. The previous management (i.e. John Hwang) destroyed files so that’s why the audit is taking so long...two years of cleanup. The story is still very much intact, if not better than ever.
