So VRX gave back the women's viagra and gave them a loan for 25 million and only got back a 6% royalty. I think if we filed BK we would have a case to sue Braeburn. Not only do I want our drug back but I also want a loan to pay off our existing loan and enough cash to pursue selling the company. If we raise cash by selling shares, then I as a shareholder would LOVE for the company to offer that to existing shareholders. I'd love to double down and get warrants like the big boys do. The problem in the past is management usually doesn't make the best decisions. So I worry this late in the game.
