We all know institutional investors make their investment decisions on the basis of YouTube and iHub boards.

It is only the small retail investors that actually read company filings and conduct research to model companies and determine a valuation.

Hedge Funds just allocate millions on the basis of rumours.

I love how these guys think. If the company insiders do manage to get away a meaningful amount of shares it will not be supportive to the share price.

Where will the marginal bid actually come from? Any analyst who looks at this will call it what it is.
