I for one am glad you are not Simpson as others have speculated!
Right now, we don't even know how many are on the offer and if this is one investor or many investors? Heck...we don't even know the SP for an offering?
The company's valuation should be in the hundreds of millions of dollars! Where our market cap is truely a joke and is only due to loss of investor confidence. But get ready, because new investors are coming on board...and the SP will continue to rise as the float gets locked up and buying shares becomes harder and harder. If these new institutional investors hold for the long haul, people will have to pay quite a premium for what is left in the float!
For me personally, I have 3/4 Million shares locked at $3.00 hoping for the buy out!...time will tell, but...When the FDA finally does give the Green Light, everyone and their Mother is going to want to own a piece of a Cancer treatment company!
IMHO
