Offer him an out sure. Buy IHSI and whatever goes with it under the agreement Devin does not. He's not really in a position to bargain a whole lot. Other than toxic debts he doesn't offer much. Contractors can be hired parts can be bought. They don't need the IHSI. Devon needs them more than anyone can know. He's up to his eyes in bad bad debt he dumped on the last set of bagholders like myself.
