I doubt its happening

And nobody in their right mind will lend him money...its not a business...its a jewelry store

He didnt mention what the LOI was for

Maybe he intends on going Bankrupt....Maybe he realizes the scam is over and in order for him to be able to eat he is going to have to get a job at McDonalds flippin burgers
