You're not entirely wrong, but it pretty much has, only with very small changes in price compared to other stocks in the sector with high volatility. When did it hit high 60's? When did it drop back under .50? Same time as the sector was up or down. The sector influences the price action of this stock based on American cannabis stocks, news and events, even though it shouldn't. Even yesterday it moved over .45 when the sector was up. Today HUGE down day for 95% of cannabis stocks, OWCP is simply cought in that 95%.
