The transition was advised to align with Helpcomm for an easier transition with the acquisition plain and simple. It is a very legitimate concept, End of story. He insists we will see revenue before May, material or not, because most has not been to the bottom line noticeable at this point. On top of that, it gets us the 10-k (no pun intended) sooner which is what everyone wants anyway.
