I believe that makes 1002 times for the $10 million that ERHC supposedly owes CEPSA ie. if they have not made some kind of deal !

Also isn't it very unusual for a company who is in control of a whole area like 11A in Kenya to put up all that much cash to drill only one well and then run away ?

I would think that after the kind of investment it would almost be a categorical imperative to drill at least 2 or 3 wells !
