This is a very old ticker and my assumption is that alot of the selling was those stuck for 10+years hitting sell limits they'd set as a hail mary or it could be a PnD. If POTN network did buy it like the email says (i can't confirm it's validity from a picture) then who knows what POTN has planned but will take some time to find out.
