If Schwab is correct our cost basis on ALDW transferred intact to our DK shares at about twice what we paid for those ALDW units, which makes sense according to the merger. That lowers my cb to $23 and appears painless taxies if we hold DK. The dividends are ordinary income, and I would be glad to pay more tax... on an increased dividend, lol.

A possible double if they can perform well here.
