My bet is 30m new shares will be sold to Amgen in another deal. Say Amgen buys 30m shares at $3 plus $40m upfront, that increases our cash $130 million. Not ideal to sell at $3 but it's better than running out of money and would be a huge endorsement that Amgen is looking to buy us which would reset our market cap up to fair value.
