Back in Feb 2017 I did my DD on BICX and was hesitant for all the reasons others are hesitant. Two major reasons pushed me over to the BUY side...

1) They coordinated with the City of Anaheim at the time.

2) They signed Dr Balbir Brar. Dr Brar’s resume certainly doesn’t mean that we will succeed, but you can’t underscore the significance of his resume either. He carries so much experience that is perfect for us and any company in our position.

I’m very happy today and the waiting for the FDA minutes PR just got that much easier.
