Active and In Good Standing: The business entity has filed its current annual report.

Status Pending Examination of Annual Report: The business entity has submitted its annual report and fee and the annual report is being processed.

Registered: The business entity has filed documents with the Secretary of State, but is exempt by law from filing annual reports.

Cancelled: The business entity has filed a document that cancels its status with the Secretary of State.

Delinquent: The business entity has not filed its annual report and fee by the due date. The business entity will remain in Delinquent status until it files its annual report, or until the business entity forfeits for failure to timely file the annual report and fee.

Forfeited – Failed to Timely File Annual Report: The business entity did not file its annual report and fee before the forfeiture date.

Forfeited – Failed to Correct and Return Annual Report: The business entity submitted an annual report to the Secretary of State and the annual report was sent back to the customer for correction. The business entity did not return the corrected annual report to the Secretary of State before the forfeiture date.

Dissolved: The business entity has filed a document to dissolve its status with the Secretary of State. "
