VIVA Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTTV) ("VIVA" or "the Company"), a distributor of Over-The-Top (OTT) IPTV content to consumers in a bundled subscription format, today announced that it has signed an partnership agreement with Maffio (real name Carlos Ariel Peralta), a Dominican Republic-born multiplatinum record producer, recording artist, and the creator of the merengue electronico subgenre in Latin pop. He has production credits for tracks by Olga Tañón, Elvis Crespo, Farruko, and Nicky Jam. His numerous award nominations have led him to a Latin Grammy winner for his work with Fuego on "La Musica del Futuro." Under the terms of the partnership, Maffio will endorse the VIVA brand and serve as a public facing figure for the company. He will participate in promotional activities, referrals to company, ongoing social media efforts, marketing activities, and partake in public speaking engagements, events, meetings, and media opportunities with VIVA.
