From a quick scan at the results ...looks similar ( but not superior ) to ESPR's ETC-1002 in similar patient population re LDL levels .
I didn't see an data on HsCrp for MGL-3196 ...maybe in CC. Lowering HsCrp as well as LDL is one of the major selling pts for ETC-1002 .
Some quick observations ...feel free to correct .

In ..a combo of Max dose Statin , max dose ETC-1002 and max dose MGL-3196 ...probably gives you roughly the same amount of LDL reduction in this population as a PCSK9i ...at half the cost

More detail needed to determine if Statin , Zetia , MGL-3196 combo would beat Statin , Zetia , ETC-1002 combo
