also, by giving LRS warrants that increased in % as the SS went up tells everything... LRS is willing to take skin in ever share increase that ECOS does with their stock.

now i may need Deal guy for this one... but i believe they can (through the LLC) work together on a congruent plant for the ECOS stock, working together on the increase of share count and so on. One doesn't do anything without the other. but i am not sure if thats accurate or not.
