I am fasicinated at how a handful of people think they know Tom on such an intimate level. Im sure he didnt want an RS back when BVTK was ECRY but look where that road led to x2. He will do whats best for HIS company and HIS pocketbook. Yes, I do believe Tom is smart. With that being said, I believe he is smart enough to use shareholder $ before funds come from elsewhere. Hence the toxic lending and dilution thats out of control.
