The Swede I totally disagree with you and I think a lot of investors also disagree. In the 1980s I was one of the biggest shareholders in an English company called Sonic Tape. It developed a hand-held gadget based on ultra sound. I talked to the editor of a financial publication called The Fleet Street Letter about Sonic Tape which was trading otc in London. He was sceptical stating that Sonic Tape had terrible management. It did not do well.

Actually top-notch management can make a company a success even in difficult circumstances and poor management can cause a company to fail even if circustances are favorable. I am 75. How long is your experience of the business world?
