I could be wrong, but it really sounds like he gave you the run around. If the DTC determined there was no value behind the BKMPP preferred shares, then that is one thing. But, he didn't say that to you, right? He referred to another company which they checked that had no value behind their preferred shares, which has NOTHING to do with BKMPP preferred shares.

What, what, what, WTF is going on.

I personally believe it is time for those on this board who have actually spoken to Sandy Winick in the past, and have some kind of investor relationship with him beyond those of us who just hold stock, to contact him and request/plead/demand (whatever works !) some answers and intervention with the DTC and the Transfer Agent.

Are any you guys who have met Sandy in person or who have talked to him on the phone in the past able and willing to take this on for the benefit of all who hold preferred shares ?
