It is stating that he has notes to convert, hence the dilution/t trades. It is in his best interest to sell his shares at the highest price possible, which is why the recent PRs and tweets are followed by a heavy dumping of shares. Since volume is drying up I bet he will do something to gather huge interest again and have another %100 day, but who knows when/if that will come.
