May will be when they NEXT report financials for the company. They may have revs now since they own Helpcomm now and it has an ongoing business...but they don't get reported via audited financials as BVTK's until sometime before May 3...so it appears he didn't understand the question or your reference to May 3.

As for "not pumping" the stock.

His OWN WORDS betray his motive for the PR's today.

We're not finished with PRs...But with the lack-luster response, we are not going to kill ourselves to get the next PR out...We will have both--but shareholders don't seem to grasp how big this is...It's a shame. I now know why Michael Dell took his firm back to private...

The purpose of the PR's was to get a "response"...which sure looks to mean price and volume action on the stock. There is nothing else he could reasonably be referring to. And he goes on to say they will throttle back on the PR's since they aren't doing much in that regard.

For a CEO who has said they don't concern themselves with day to day stock price...he suddenly seems to be paying alot of attention to its "response".

The PR's are to pump the stock....regardless of what is behind them.

That makes him a very typical penny CEO.
