Yeah...Not true at all. It's assumed that the line is pretty thin, however it's as wide as a street i.e. Put out a tweet that says "Had a great meeting today over at company xyz, and I 'expect', 'plan', 'anticipate' this to develop into a long, strong, beneficial and mutual relationship for both parties"(So long as they don't say who i.e. The Board of Directors, The CEO, CFO etc)...You can bet your A$$ he was just over there meeting no one but the Secretary at the desk and was flirting with her.
