I stated facts from the filings.

I have no inside information. All I know is that the public information offers no reason to think the company is worth a penny. You seem to be saying that because they might have some secret, undisclosed plan to acquire companies, they are worth nearly a billion dollars. By that standard, every pink sheet listed stock is worth that.
