...PRED has a license on Juneau's patent. If you bother to read the disclosure notes Predictive has the right to 50% of the revenue after costs in relation to LESS than 25% of the markets Juneau intends to pursue.
The patent still has to be commercialized etc and it will not be a huge deal. The license includes certain payments by PRED to Juneau in both cash and stock. PRED owns a minority interest in Juneau but Juneau will end up owning PRED as well.
The licensing arrangement references a $25m level of profit and if PRED made $100m on this before costs etc that would be a big deal.
There is a way to do this properly but people would rather think about rainbows and unicorns.
This stock is much more likely to hit sub-penny than pay for your retirement. That is what the people behind this deal have done in the past. No reason a leopard would change its spots now.
