I know nothing about charts...... but I think I'm going to stick a golden cross in my back yard and hang OWCP from it if this doesn't pan out! Ha

I'm absolutely kidding! If OWCP is doing what their website says they're up to I will be able to stick gold bars in my back yard when their studies get further along!

I will say one thing though..... my early 2018 is much different then OWCP early 2018 as I was certain news would've dropped in January. To say more updates and news in early 2018 tells me the deals are probably done and merely making it a timing issue as when the news should be released.
