Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 100 split. Ex-date=04/12/2016.
I am still new to the game, but when a company splits/adds more stock, the overall valuation does not change, just the PPS? More shares issued = lower price per share = more enticing for those with little money to invest.
Anyone?
